MYOFASCIAL TREATMENT AT KLCC

Myofascial Treatment in King’s Lynn

A hands-on approach focused on the muscles, fascia and soft tissues, adapted to the individual and their movement needs.

Myofascial treatment

Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds and links muscles and other structures throughout the body. Myofascial treatment uses hands-on soft-tissue techniques to work with areas of tension, sensitivity and restricted movement.

Sessions are adapted to the individual rather than following a fixed routine, with pressure and technique discussed throughout.

Working with soft tissue and movement

Myofascial work may be considered where muscular or connective-tissue tension appears to be affecting comfort or movement. The aim is not to force tissue to change, but to use an appropriate hands-on approach while considering how the area moves and responds.
