TREATMENT AT KLCC

Lymphatic Drainage

A gentle massage approach designed to support natural lymphatic fluid movement.

What is lymphatic drainage?

Lymphatic drainage uses slow, light and rhythmic massage movements intended to support the natural movement of lymphatic fluid. It is very different from deep-tissue massage and is generally a gentle, relaxing treatment.

Your therapist will discuss your health history and goals before treatment and adapt positioning and technique to you.

Why people choose lymphatic drainage

  • To support comfortable fluid movement where appropriate
  • For a gentle treatment when deeper massage is not wanted
  • To help with feelings of heaviness or puffiness
  • For relaxation and a lighter-touch approach
  • As part of appropriately advised post-treatment or recovery support

What does it feel like?

The touch is light and precise, following the natural pathways used in lymphatic drainage techniques. Many people find the slower pace calming and relaxing. Treatment should not feel like firm sports or deep-tissue massage.

Suitability matters

Lymphatic drainage is not appropriate for everyone. Your therapist will check relevant health information first and may advise medical input or an alternative treatment where needed.
