YOUR FIRST VISIT

What to Expect on Your First Visit

At King’s Lynn Chiropractic Clinic, we believe good care starts with understanding the individual.

We take a holistic, patient-centred approach, focusing on the whole person rather than simply treating symptoms and tailoring care around your needs, abilities and goals.

King’s Lynn Chiropractic Clinic

Your first visit, step by step

Clear, supportive and centred around you from booking through to your care plan.

Stage 1

Before your visit

Our reception team will take a few details to understand your needs and ensure you are booked appropriately. Consultation fees are taken in advance at this stage.

Stage 2

When you arrive

You’ll be welcomed by our reception team and given the opportunity to settle in before seeing your practitioner. If you have any questions, accessibility needs or require additional support, please let us know.

Stage 3

Consultation & assessment

Your practitioner will listen to what has brought you to the clinic, discuss your health history and carry out an appropriate examination or assessment. They will explain what they are doing and you can ask questions at any point.

Stage 4

Findings & your care plan

Your practitioner will discuss their findings with you, explain the options available and agree a personalised plan that takes account of your needs, abilities and goals. Treatment is discussed with you before it begins and your consent is always obtained.

Stage 5

Treatment & ongoing care

Where appropriate, your care may include hands-on treatment alongside advice, exercises or other strategies to support you between appointments. Your progress will be reviewed as your care continues.

Stage 6

Before you leave

We’ll make sure you understand your plan, what to expect next and any advice to help you between appointments. If you have any questions, we’re here to help.
