Reduced fees
Patients receiving certain benefits may be eligible for reduced fees, subject to individual circumstances and availability. Please speak with reception in confidence.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. If this notice is not given, a missed appointment fee will apply. Cancellations are only accepted via phone call or email. Please note that the clinic cannot receive text messages.

Initial consultation fees/deposits are payable in advance at the time of booking. They are non-refundable where the patient cancels, except where a refund is required by law or where the clinic cannot provide the booked service.
