    Meet the Team

     

    AJ Norman

    A J (Arthur John) Norman graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 1984 and worked for two years just outside Norwich before starting King’s Lynn Chiropractic Clinic in 1986. He is a Fellow both of the BCA and of the Royal College of Chiropractors. He is currently Disciplinary Officer for the BCA and is a past member of its Professional Standards Committee. A J has a particular interest in the needs of older and disabled people.

    He is married with four grown-up children and a growing number of grandchildren. He enjoys walking in Britain, a good book and spending time with his family.

    Jan-Paul Middleton

    Jan-Paul Middleton graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2001. He began practicing in Malta upon graduating and was involved in treating and training the Malta International Rugby Team.

    On returning to the UK, Jan joined the King’s Lynn Chiropractic Clinic in 2004. His particular interests are in sports biomechanics, injuries and nutrition and the treatment of head/neck/shoulder complaints, and he is a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

    Jeanette Howells

    Jeanette Howells graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2010. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Jeanette worked within various practices in Norfolk before establishing her own practice in Docking in 2015. She uses a combination of both cranial osteopathy and structural osteopathy to treat a wide variety of problems. A mother herself, Jeanette has a special interest in working with new and expectant mothers, their babies and children.

    Samuel Lidgley

    Samuel Lidgley graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in 2013 and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. He has worked in both private and NHS clinics in London, Norfolk and Lincolnshire, as well as providing sports massage therapy at the London Olympic Games. He has a particular interest in work-based and sports-related injuries and problems. In addition to his practice, he conducts academic research into manual therapy; he is also currently studying for a degree in phytotherapy and training to teach clinical pilates. Samuel is married with a young family and enjoys gardening and horse husbandry.
