A J (Arthur John) Norman graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth in 1984, and worked for two years just outside Norwich before starting the Clinic in 1986. He has a particular interest in the elderly and disabled: he is currently Disciplinary Officer for the BCA and is a past member of its Professional Standards Committee. He is a Fellow both of the BCA and of the Royal College of Chiropractors.

He is married with four grown up children and a growing number of grandchildren. He enjoys walking in Britain, a good book and spending time with his family.
